These terms govern your use of AI Grandma Dance. By creating an account or generating a video, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You upload a photo, choose a dance template, and we use third-party AI models to produce a short video of the subject dancing. Results are generated automatically and may vary. We do not guarantee a specific level of likeness, motion quality, or lip sync.
Zero tolerance for misuse. We will suspend accounts and refund nothing where we find attempts to generate non-consensual sexual content, content involving minors, or material intended to deceive people about who is in the video.
You keep ownership of the photos you upload and the videos we generate for you. You grant us a limited licence to process the photo solely to produce your video. We do not use your photos to train models and we do not sell your content.
You are responsible for having the rights to any photo you upload, and for how you use the output.
The site, the templates, and the underlying technology belong to us or our licensors. You may not resell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the service.
Do not use the service to create content that is illegal where you or we operate, that sexualises minors, that constitutes harassment, or that violates another person's publicity or privacy rights. We may remove content and close accounts that break these rules.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Generation depends on third-party model providers and may be slow or unavailable at times. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new date. These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of business, without affecting mandatory consumer protections you may have locally.
