Refund Policy

We want this to be simple. Credits are a prepaid balance for AI video generation, and generation costs us money the moment you press the button.

Failed generations

If a generation fails, is blocked, or cannot detect a face in your photo, the credits are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us.

Unused credits

If you bought a credit pack and have not used any of it, email us within 14 days of purchase and we will refund it in full.

If you have used part of a pack, we cannot refund the used portion, since the generation has already been paid for with our model provider.

What we cannot refund

• Credits already spent on successfully generated videos.
• Dissatisfaction with the artistic result, where the generation completed and delivered a video as described.
• Accounts closed for breaking our terms (including attempts to generate content involving minors or non-consensual imagery).

How to request a refund

Email support@aigrandmadance.com from the address on your account, with your order reference. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

Refunds are processed by our merchant of record, Creem, back to your original payment method. Bank processing usually takes 5–10 business days.
