AI Grandma Dance ("we", "us") generates short dance videos from photos you upload. This page explains what we collect, why, and how long we keep it. We keep this short on purpose.

1. What we collect

Photos you upload. Used only to generate your video. We do not use them to train models, and we do not sell them.
Your email address. Used for account access, receipts, and support. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Payment details. Handled entirely by our merchant of record (Creem). We never see or store your card number.
Basic usage data. Pages visited, generation counts, and error logs, used to keep the service running.

2. How long we keep it

Uploaded photos: deleted after the generation job finishes, whether it succeeds or fails.
Generated videos: kept for 7 days so you can download them, then deleted.
Account and billing records: kept as long as required for tax and accounting purposes.

You can ask us to delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing support@aigrandmadance.com. We will action the request within 30 days.

3. Who else sees your data

We use a small number of processors to run the service:

Creem — payment processing, tax handling, and receipts (merchant of record).
AI model providers — your photo is sent to a video-generation API to produce the result. These providers process the image for the duration of the request.
Hosting and storage providers — serve the website and store generated files temporarily.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies only: keeping you signed in and remembering your credit balance. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.

5. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to certain processing. Email us and we will handle it. If you are in the EU or UK, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

6. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has uploaded a photo, contact us and we will remove it. Note that uploading photos of minors requires you to be their parent or legal guardian.

7. Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will update the date at the top and, where appropriate, notify you by email.
